DELETION OF CYPRUS COMPANIES

The Registrar of Companies (Cyprus) will delete a registered company from the register in the failure to pay the Annual fee/levy. The deadline for the payment of yearly annual levy is 30 June for the reference year but for deletion purposes the deadline is 3 months after the publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus.

The penalties if you miss the deadline of 30 June, is €35 for the reference year, €140 for 1 year later and €150 for 2 years later.
